What to expect

We will contact you to ensure you and the person you live with meet the participation criteria and understand the study process
You will both complete an informed consent form
Once we have 50 potential participant pairs, we will inform you of the dates for sample collection

You will make a ONE-TIME donation of your biomedical information that can be done from your home. No travel is required.
You will both complete and submit the brain game online
We will send you the saliva and stool sample kits with instructions and a return mailer for you to complete within a specific timeframe.

i-Forget will analyze all samples over six to nine months and retain them for five years
We will let you know when your results are available and communicate them to you if you choose
The results you could receive include your current state brain health, your genetic risk for Alzheimer's and the current state of your gut microbiome
You will have the option to participate in a longer-term study to track brain health and gut microbiome changes over time
